1. Leggings & Shorts

3. Mat & Towel
If you plan on buying your own mat make sure your mat absorbs sweat and has built in grip so you are not slipping every time you are doing a downward facing dog. For towels, it is key to get a material that can absorb a lot of moisture, also known as Superabsorbent towels. Additionally, something to keep your hair out of your face and away from your back.
