Class Types
Our classes are taught in a clean and spacious room by Yoga Alliance certified instructors who are experienced in guiding practitioners of any experience level. Everyone is encouraged to practice within their own abilities and explore the benefits that a regular yoga or pilates practice may bring to one’s overall well-being, and in life.

Traditional Hot Yoga
Classes consist of 2 breathing exercises and 26 poses in an 102-104 F room with 50+% humidity.

90 min Hot Yoga
Same poses as our Traditional Hot Yoga, just done at a slower pace over 90 min.

Inferno Hot Pilates
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout using Pilates principles. Room is heated to 90-95° F with about 35% humidity.

Candle Light Hot Yoga
Same as our Traditional Hot Yoga classes but done under candle light.

Restorative Yin Yoga
This class gives you a true opportunity to rest, recharge and renew by holding passive yoga poses, sitting or lying on the floor, for an extended period of time.

Power Vinyasa
A dynamic and energetic style, combines fluid movements with synchronized breathing. In our classes, you’ll smoothly transition between poses, guided through regular yet evolving sequences.

Vinyasa Flow
Includes standing, balancing, seated and reclining postures, and backbends. Special emphasis is placed on moving with the breath.

Circuits 45 Lower Body
45 minute workout that combines circuit training, cardio, and lower body.

Circuits 45 Total Body
45 minute workout that combines circuit training, cardio, glutes, core, upper body, and lower body.

Circuits 45 Upper Body
45 minute workout that combines circuit training, cardio, and upper body.

Circuits 45 Glutes/Core
45 minute workout that combines circuit training, cardio, glutes, and core.

Sound Meditation
Enjoy an hour meditation with various instruments to guide you into a relaxed and peaceful state.
