Yoga Colorado Springs the best studio that transforms you
Our Mission
We believe that Yoga is for everyone regardless of age, body type, or experience level – it’s never too late to start your yoga practice. At Hot on Yoga our mission is to provide a genuine and fulfilling hot yoga practice that will contribute to the physical and emotional health of our students. We are excited that you have chosen us to share in this remarkable personal journey!
Yoga has the potential to be a lifelong practice, especially when you are encouraged to come and just do the best that you can. We offer two types of hot yoga; traditional and power vinyasa. Both are suitable for beginners, and offer multiple benefits including increases in flexibility, balance, strength, elevated mood, weight loss, and much more!
Non-waiver:
It is a common practice for yoga studios and gyms to greet you with a registration form which in essence says; “Sign up! Pay us and we take no responsibility for your well being.” We have always struggled with that being the basis of our relationship with our students. Therefore we believe that we are in partnership with you, and that if you agree to the following common sense guidelines we are certain that you will have a healthy, empowering experience that will enrich your well-being.
- No Teacher knows what your are feeling physically, mentally or emotionally.
- Listen to your body, listen to your intuition. If you are unaccustomed to this, yoga provides you the opportunity to develop it.
- Never force, muscle, or aggressively perform the asanas/yoga poses. Moderate your enthusiasm with wisdom. Be active NOT aggressive.
- Your breath is a great barometer of your practice; if your breath becomes choppy, short or strained…. it’s your bodies way of telling you to back off and take a break.
Thank you for joining us in partnership to ensure a safe and healthy practice. We look forward to seeing you soon!

CLASS TYPES
Our yoga classes are taught in a clean and spacious yoga room by Yoga Alliance certified instructors who are experienced in guiding practitioners of any experience level. Everyone is encouraged to practice within their own abilities and explore the benefits that a regular yoga practice may bring to one’s overall well-being, and in life.
TRADITIONAL HOT YOGA
We offer 60 minute Hot Yoga classes every day of the year. We also offer a traditional 90-minute hot yoga class on Sundays at 4:30pm. The 60-minute hot yoga class is choreographed from the same postures as the traditional 90 minute hot yoga class, but moves at a quicker flow and has a lot less rest. As a result of the faster pace, there are increased cardiovascular benefits, which help to create leaner muscles.
RESTORATIVE YIN YOGA
Our 1 hour Restorative Yin yoga class gives you a true opportunity to rest, recharge and renew by holding passive yoga poses, sitting or lying on the floor, for an extended period of time. With the support of props, students can achieve poses without muscular strength, facilitating release and relaxation that will calm the nervous system, coax away built-up tension, and heal the body. The class moves at a slow comfortable pace whereby postures are held for 3-5 minutes to achieve a deep level of relaxation. The class is taught in a warm, non-heated room.
POWER VINYASA
Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement.” Power Vinyasa yoga is a powerful, energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breath to their movements. Students are guided through regular, yet dynamic sequences of postures that become familiar over time. The sequences incorporate variations to modify, intensify, or challenge the body by altering the pace or duration of poses and the frequency that they are repeated. Often referred to as “meditation in motion”, Power Vinyasa yoga cultivates strength, endurance, focus, balance, and flexibility.
Our Power Vinyasa yoga classes are taught in a room heated to 94-97° Fahrenheit with 40+% humidity, which makes it a vigorous and revitalizing form of practice.
MORNING & EVENING VINYASA
Our Morning & Evening Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes are taught in a warm room of 75-85° Fahrenheit, with about 30% humidity.
