Kids Yoga in Colorado Springs at Hot on Yoga

Want to take Yoga but not sure who will take care of your child? Come to Hot On Yoga! Yes, we have classes for Kids.. You can take your favorite yoga class while your young child takes yoga as well.

Hi Parents,

If you would like to be able to sign your child up online and need instructions, please click on the links for; SIGN UP NOW or if you already have an account, please click on  How to add your child to your existing account for instructions. Remember space for classes is limited.

If you have multiple children signing up for yoga, awesome! First Child Drop in is $10. If you have multiple children in the same class, all siblings after the first child are only $5. You can sign up for both of these online. You can also purchase a KOY class card (15, 30, 60, or 100 sessions that do not expire) for your child. If you have more than one child- you will pay the full rate for the first child, and all other children will be 50% off. If you need this second child discount, please talk to HOY staff at the studio.

The next generation will be empowered with the physical, mental, and emotional skills and coping strategies to successfully manage an ever-changing environment. We bring an energetic and refreshing view of Mindfulness and Movement to all ages and ability levels. Our mission is to bring the benefits of Yoga to kids and to be part of a growing and supportive community that is inclusive and kind.
