This is a fun, high energy class! Inferno Hot Pilates is a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout using Pilates principles. High Intensity Interval Training is one of the fastest ways to burn fat and create long, lean muscle mass: 20 minutes of HIIT burns as many calories as 45 minutes of running on the treadmill. This class will boost your metabolism and your body will continue to burn hundreds of calories after you are done exercising in what is referred to as the “after burn.”

Inferno Hot Pilates is performed in a room heated to 90-95° Fahrenheit with about 40% humidity. This 60 minute class is an intense, full body workout designed to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, and improve overall health.

All ability levels are welcome. However, if you have high blood pressure, history of strokes or heart attacks, please consult with your doctor first to make sure you are physically capable of performing this class.
